For the extreme amount of wait vs cost/quality, this is sadly very below average. If they dedicated a service line to front of the store and separated production line for strictly online orders, they would be a hellllla more efficient. Divide & conquer folks...Do better

1st time and was really surprised on how tasty the drinks were. My husband got the coconut milk with taro. And I got the brown sugar creme Brule. The only reason why didn't give it a 5 star was because the place had a ((B rating)) ☹

3.5 Real Score -- but I rounded up. Service is not that fast even though we only ordered a couple of drinks and it didn't look like there was much of a line. However, even though service was just adequate, the bubble was good quality and pleasant texture. I thought the drinks themselves were fine, but definitely not top-tier for me. I visited during quarantine, and I think they hadn't been open that long so perhaps the product will get better over time.

The Alley what can I say about this boba shop. It's the best boba tea I have ever tried. The boba is so soft and not hard. The milk is high quality and not those no brands. And the brown sugar is fantastic, not too sweet and not too bland. Lastly, the price used to be expensive but not it got cheaper but still taste amazing.

Went in to the store acting silly without realising that they were closed at 10PM instead of 12AM due to the pandemic. But the cashier was kind enough to make a last order for me. Not to mention the free boba upgrade. 😅 Above and beyond customer experience! Thanks!

I like that they have alternatives to dairy. The oat milk is pretty good. They don't get 5 stars because the portion is too small for the money.
