We made reservations - were seated promptly by a lovely hostess. Waitress appeared and we told her we needed time to study the impressive menu. She was patient...we ordered two amazing salads, beverages and dessert. Everything was flawless. She brought us to-go-boxes for the the generous servings of divine salads. NOTE: Dined one SAT evening - the place was packed! Long lines to dine. The Ladies Room was a disgrace...trash cans overflowing....many women complaining/commenting....

I Went here for a lunch date with my wife and the service and food was good. I got The Caesar salad with chicken and it was huge. I couldn’t finish it all and took it home with me and ate the rest later that day. My wife got lettuce wraps and she really enjoyed it. It was a nice date and will visit again.

In town for the weekend. The girlfriend and I decided to have dinner here. From the hostess at check in was very friendly and nice. We were told it was a 40min wait. So we decided to walk around the mall while we waited. About 25 min later we get a text that our table was ready. We checked back in. Our server Anton was amazing. Kept checking on us throughout the night. Got our order correct with out writing it down. Kept us posted on the wait time for our food. He was very attentive on our refills of our drinks. Not to mention he was very friendly and talkative every time he checked on us. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

This was my first time there. I had fish 🐠 and chips 🍟. They were so good. The waitress was very excellent. She always made sure our drinks were always full. The place was very clean and I noticed that every time someone left they were right there to clear the table. Very good service. I would give them 10 stars ✨ if I could. Thanks for such a great meal.

As a self-proclaimed dessert connoisseur, The Cheesecake Factory has long been my go-to spot for indulgence, and my recent birthday celebration there only reaffirmed my love for this place. Despite the evident short-staffing on the day of my visit, our waiter did a remarkable job of accommodating us, ensuring that we had a delightful experience. The Avocado Egg Rolls, my go-to appetizer, never disappoint. They are an absolute must-try! Now, when it came to choosing between the Steak Diana and the Herb-Crusted Salmon, I simply couldn't decide, so I indulged in both. Paired with a nice glass of Pinot Noir, it was a meal to remember. To top off the evening, the staff even serenaded me with a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday" and treated me to a complimentary serving of ice cream and, of course, a delectable slice of cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory continues to impress with its outstanding food, excellent service, and unforgettable desserts. A solid 5-star experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

The menu is a little scarce on Veg options but the available ones are good. They have really good avocado egg rolls, some pasta options, 2 flatbreads and a few appetizers. We have tried them all. Top Veg picks: - Complementary brown/chocolate bread - Avocado eggrolls - Spicy Rigatoni - Corn Tamale cakes - Veggie Lettuce Wrap - Flatbread pizza They have some really good cocktail options. Service: The service is mostly “we are privileged and doing a favor by serving you or giving you a table”. We did get a couple good servers but mostly it’s their standard vibe. Atmosphere: Crowded but cozy

One of my faves! Food is generally amazing here. They do have decent vegetarian options. And they taste amazing. Their Thai coconut lime chicken is amazing. Not a big fan of their veggie burger. But I love Evelyn pasta. Cheesecakes are to die for. Yum yum yum. Although I was surprised by their hot chocolate. It was awful. But other cheesecakes have been amazing.
