Tanq Bar

Nice little hotel bar with both cocktails, drinks, and light snack and food options. this is a great option if you were staying in the San Jose Marriott or the Westin across the street. They do have happy hour specials as well. I'm a big fan of all of their whiskey and bourbon drinks. They do have ♿ handicap accessible seating and restrooms as well.

I have been going to tank for close to 10 years and even with the bartenders changing this place still seems so homely and comfortable my friends and I still are able to have a fun night and meet new people and that was the case today we met up with an old friend and had a good time one the bartenders just serve and checked up on you and as always are gracious and very nice i highly recommend coming here anytime of the week Monday through Sunday

This was a nice little bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And, they serve Guinness. I visited here for the JitterBit/Avalara networking party during SuiteWorld 2016. The only negative I experienced here was caused by someone who made a huge fuss about me and someone else trying to come in through the unlocked front door. She fussed and said we needed to walk around the outside, through the hotel, and enter in that way, instead. I let it go and went around. Approximately 10 minutes later, she opens the exact same door and starts letting her friends in. I really should have taken her photo, just in case she was one of the JitterBit/Avalara employees. The bar, though, was great!
