If you like thin crust pizza, try MOD pizza. Best thin crust - for a "chain" They have a pizza oven that has a real fire burning! You can see it. Crust is light and crispy every time. You can customize it. They encourage it. The set up is like Chipotle: the ingredients are right in front of you. It only takes about 10 to cook. I go for the Mad Dog, substitute pepperoni with salami, add mushrooms, and a pesto drizzle

I love mod pizza! I tried it the first time for lunch and it was amazingly fresh and flavorful. Crush was thin yet sturdy, so nothing fell off my slices. Ingredients perfectly cooked by their oven fire. Lots of ingredient options available for you to customize your pizza. You pay for the dough size and that's it! Toppings are pretty much unlimited. I end up getting 2 meals worth of pizza before I'm a small person, so be ready to get really full from the meal. The downsides are that they don't really label the ingredients, so it's hard to know what is available to pick from unless you ask. The other downside is that the wait time is quite long, but that's expected from a place that makes pizzas from scratch

A best place to get a customized pizza. We are vegetarians and love to get a healthy pizza here at MOD pizza. They have a super amazing thin crust which we find healthier than a normal thick crust lan pizza. I also loved how they bake it in front of us and its Very hard to get a super friendly staff these days but —-Yeahh, MOD pizza has an amazingly helpful staff.
