I really liked this ice cream shop and would recommend it to anyone. The place was nice, the staff was friendly, and the ice cream was fantastic. Chocolate ganache with almonds is a must-try!

Our favourite spot after dinner whenever we are in San Jose... Their ice cream is so creamy and smooth and just melts in your mouth, if you are an ice cream lover you'll love it

Cute little ice cream place, I had the pumpkin spice ice cream with chocolate crispies on top. The the pumpkin spice taste was perfect. There was a short line that loved fairly quick and my order was ready pretty fast. You can also watch your ice cream being made. Which was fun. I’d definitely come back.

Made all in the one building right there. Super delicious, super fresh tasting. Delicious! The beautiful two ladies that took my order and made my ice cream were real nice. Great conversation, great smiles, great service! Definitely will visit again next time I'm here from Santa Cruz.

Santana Row in San Jose. Vanilla ice cream from Smitten tastes just like homemade. The flavor is so smooth and creamy and sweet. They make it right there in-store. You can look through the window and see the ice cream maker churning. For ice cream fans, you have to go and try it

We visited at night and, as always, there was a line already forming. It moves fast and gives you time to think about what you're getting once you reach the register.
In my opinion, the cones are the best thing they make here, they're crunchy, thin and delicious!
We tried their seasonal pumpkin spice flavor and were not disappointed. It was very good!
My one complaint is that you can't pick more than one flavor.

The ice cream were tasty. I wish they had more non dairy options besides the chocolate vegan pop.

The ice cream was pretty good, it has a bit of a buttermilk flavor, which you may or may not like. Also it’s not overly sweet. Great texture, and the experience is very cool, getting to watch them churn in front of you.
