I stopped by this morning and a random Karen was insinuating racial remarks towards me. I want to say this Karen had some mental health issues because she was spewing some random stuff about all Asians. So glad the staff provided support and told the Karen to leave as soon as she made me feel uncomfortable.
I wasn’t that bothered but it was cool to see the Starbucks team jumping in to help! 5 stars!

This place was very good! Alondra and Alex are very nice and they have excellent customer service. Super respectful and very attentive to customer needs. Will come back and will recommend to all my girlies!

Starbucks is a brand that I have liked for a long time, before I drank a lot of coffee. Now stop the caffeine and I prefer teas, especially matcha. They make it delicious there. That's why every time I go to Santana Row - we live 2 minutes away - I ask for one. The bathrooms are clean and Wi-Fi strong and there is a terrace to enjoy the outdoors in this chic area. The best thing about this place is the staff, active professional and very friendly people. I highly recommend this Starbucks for a cool break.

I’ve never been to Zimbabwe but if I ever go hopefully they have Starbucks at because like it’s probably the best coffee in the world even those some people say it’s not but who would they know I mean come on Starbucks is like so was it for that Starbucks do the old go white dude who created Starbucks I forget what is the name is I think it’s probably like why do you make whiter sun but I believe if it wasn’t for that dude coffee culture would not be what it is today in the United States of Iraq of the Americas and us and such and you know driving a Toyota sienna while sipping on a cup of the finest Ethiopian beans is probably the coolest thing a dad could ever do in his life I mean come on who who even doesn’t believe that?

Absolutely the best Starbucks staff ever. They have gone far and beyond my expectations by providing exceptional customer service. They have been my go-to coffee shop for some time now, and I am sad that I have to relocate out of state.

Decent Starbucks location with an average but consistent cup of ☕ coffee. Love their espresso drinks, lattes, flat whites, snacks, pastries, and places to sit and chat or do work. The staff could be friendlier and more efficient but they aren't bad. They have an easy order-on-the-go app as well. They have ♿ handicap accessible restrooms and seating.

Super efficient branch of starbucks, there was a line of over 30 customers which cleared in less than 5 minutes, friendly staff and slightly overpriced sweet drinks is always a win. As per usual spelled my name incorrectly but oh well, feels like its intentional for the brand anyway lol.
