The Hook-and-Ladder sub was great, generous helping of flavorful ham. I had it for the first time in another state and am glad to see that it is as good here as it was there.

Firehouse has been our favorite sandwich shop since they opened! Atmosphere is always friendly,accomodating to both dine in as well as delivery service customers. The sandwiches are always top quality and variables on toppings are welcomed.

The Spicy Cajun Chicken sub was really yum and I am surely going to have it again. Pleasantly surprised by the sub choices here are and the fact that I've never been to this place before. They have 3 sizes to choose from and I feel medium is good enough for one person. The small might be too small but better if you want to try multiple subs.

Ok its one of many sandwich shops so give it a go. Not bad at all. If your intimidated by large menu boards best scan the online menu first. This way you can see exactly what's in it and the options u can do. Like remove mayo mustard and sub balsamic vinegar, add more or less tomato /onion, etc. We split a large grilled chkn-all ingredients fresh as well as the bread. 🙂

Great little sandwich shop in Almaden Ranch. I live down the street but 1st time visiting. I had the large brisket sandwich. It was definitely larger than most larges. The brisket was pulled or chopped, couldn't tell but was still delicious. The BBQ sauce was sweet and smokey. The bread was good. They also have one of those cool Coke machines that has all the syrups.
There are a few dine in tables but no vibe to speak of.
I would definitely go again and try a few more things on the menu.

Really good sandwich. Girl at order counter had serious issues with my order. Not sure what the deal was. Sandwich was ordered as listed on their menu. Why she struggled is beyond me. I'll be back for sure. Sometime.

Their special $6.99 subs are good deal and taste ok. I like they offer gluten free bread. I'm going to try their other subs too.

The restaurant is long and narrow with tables along the window not giving a lot of movement past the counter. The food is as you would expect for firehouse subs. I enjoyed it. The bread was fresh. The meat was tasty. And the place was loud and crowded when we arrived but was pretty quiet by the time we left. Time we left. If you're looking for barbecue subplace This is a good one to try.
