Love this place every time I come from Texas. I especially like that the employees there are well trained and know how to talk to customers (the seasonal ones) great place to come get ice cream with your family, when y’all come make sure to get help from Misael he was very helpful and does great work he’s a big teddy bear with a beautiful man bun

Ordered my husband's birthday cake here and the customer service was excellent!! The ordering was easy, the pickup was even better. The gal that took my order 4 days prior remembered me and brought it out for me right away (even with a mask on). The cake was made to exactly what we ordered. They have LOTS of options in store, however we wanted something specific. It was really tasty too. I will come to this location again!! Thank you

This is by far the BEST Baskin Robbins I've ever had the pleasure of going to. More so that it was during this crazy pandemic that we are all going thru. We went for my son's birthday and the owner Tim just happen to be there and made it such a special time for my son considering we were not able to have a birthday party or my son was not able to receive many gifts because he was not able to see his friends. Well, once we walked in Tim was a real delight! Adding a touch of happiness to end the day. We mentioned we had went for our sons birthday and he allowed my son to have his own ice cream Sunday, Tim's treat! Thank you to the staff and to Tim for being open during such a difficult time. But something so small made such a big and powerful impact on my son! We will never forget.

So me and my daughter walked at 4:30pm and did not realize they was closed. They closed at 2pm that day because it was Christmas eve. How ever The owner tim was very nice and kind and gave my daughter two scoop of cookies n cream ice cream on the house. That was really nice of him. The store was closed and everything was put away and i had no idea they were closed. So i always go to this store and customer service is always nice to me. This the only store i will always go and i suggest that anyone should go there.

I love this place. Management here is awesome. It’s always clean in here it’s a friendly environment and they ALWAYS have everything. They’re never out of a flavor. I recommend THIS location to the entire Bay Area if you ever have a craving for ice cream. P.S thanks for jump at the great mall. My wife and I are forever grateful.

Heads up I worked at the #3 store in the US while I'm high school / 1st year University, so some built in biases, some higher expectations. We trained for super clean stores, cabinets, tubs, and consistent scoop size. Most of the 31 flavor stores fall short of my expectations. This store was heavy on some scoops, so great for customer. We had 3 plus cabinets vs 2 here so choices were fewer. However, selection was good, and enough options to keep the Grand kids happy. Best deal was the ice cream sandwich for 3.43 vs similar 7.00 ones at the shark tank. Cookies fresh and Costco size & choices
