Solid breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Very sketchy plaza though.

My go-to donut shop as well as for breakfast sandwiches. The croissants are nice a soft yet have the layered crisp. The Cambodian family that owns this joint is so welcoming and nice as well. Highly recommend

Donuts were hard, and the fluffy ones (French) were not soft and airy, but grainy and very oily like it was cooked when oil was still cold. Bad experience, they looked good in the stand very fresh, but when I got home and opened my box, I was very disappointed. This probably happened because I got them at 1pm. This one in a no for me.

This place is awesome. I prefer local small business donuts and this place fits the bill. They have donuts, pastries, sandwiches, and delicious cream puffs. Very affordable and very friendly family run business.

Small mom n pop place basic donuts, she does mochas, mexican coffees, some boba tea drinks. And try the croisannt sandwiches, many like bacon / egg, turkey egg, roast beef n egg, tuna, blt, turkey/cheese, etc. Big orders best to call ahead.😃
