Possibly the best KFC out there

This has been my go to spot for chicken since I was little. The food, for me, has always been great but what this sets this place apart it's crew. I've seen a lot of people come and go but the current staff is awesome especially the night crew. It doesn't matter what you come in like they are ready to serve you happily. And for me that makes the food taste that much better.

The restaurant (counter, earing area, etc.) was clean & the employees were very friendly. My order was prepared fairly quickly, which is always nice. This location (Bascom Ave) is a bit out of the way- we've had a bit of trouble lately with the closer location- but it is worth it.

Food was so fresh today! The biscuits and tenders were piping hot! Didn’t know they had a bigger version of the chocolate chip bundt, was very moist. They also have espresso (limited time option) and lemon. They have been redeemed since my last visit, maybe it was just a bad day.

Overall, this KFC is pretty good, but they are a bit slow and forget to give you essential items, like: gravy for your mashed potatoes. Granted they were busy, but that's one thing you shouldn't forget, am I right? They were really nice and other than that one thing, no complaints.

I've been coming to KFC's in California for a long time. This is the best KFC unit I have ever been into. From the hospitable staff, food and the cleanliness of the store. Kudos to to the mgmt.

Long wait time and very expensive, not worth going. Only recommend going here to try new Double Down or KFC Sandwich.

As you're pulling in the location looks well kept and the moment you walk in hands down one of the cleanest kfc I've ever been to! Super friendly staff would def recommend if you're In the area!

It's both a KFC and Taco-Bell together, you can get a quesadilla and fried chicken! Only thing is it gets busy at lunch time.

I love this place! We went to the Winchester and needed to get something for dinner and it being like 10:30 at night the options were limited but these guys were open! They are a combination of KFC and taco bell and everything we got was absolutely grubbin! We stayed at a hotel for the night (the row hotel) and it was like a 2 minute drive from there or a 7 minute walk. They don't have a drive thru which is kinda a bummer but that's alright because then I would've missed the awesome decor inside! This giant ring with the cup or bucket (my husband and I could agree in what it was) but was like stepping back into the 90s where places were more homely instead of a sad plain box building most places have "upgraded" to. So I will definitely be back whenever I come down to San Jose again and I recommend the classic bowl because it is fire 🔥🔥 especially if you've been drinking 🍻🍻
