It’s a really good place for popcorn chicken and boba, they DO put a ton of Popcorn Chicken if you order it, I recommend the QQ Passionfruit tea as it already includes toppings.

Delicious tea at a fair price. Located in front of SJSU and is one of the best places for milk tea. Food is good the portions being decent.

Conveniently placed in Downtown, fast service with proper covid measures in place. We ordered from a distance, no touch pay with phones are accepted. At the time of our order ~6PM there were 2 tables and one of them was occupied. ~$5-6 per medium size tea. Good quality Boba.

Awesome popcorn chicken and fries. I know a better place for popcorn chicken but around SJSU, this is probably the most convenient and the best. Also the drinks are pretty good as well. I reccomend the marble mango for and the sparkling lychee to scratch that itch for a sweet drink or a refreshing drink, respectively.

Great flavored tea compared to other boba places. Wide variety of toppings - ai yu, clear boba, egg pudding, lychee.
Better to walk here - Right across San Jose State, parking may be a bit tricky or you'll need to pay with meter.

Cute coffee shop, wait time is 3 to 5 minutes depending on foot traffic small team but vety good quality pearl drinks that is easy to digest. Some other pearl places make me feel like all that tapioca hardens in my stomach, this place cooks their pearls to a nice soft pearl just the way its suppose to be.

Friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. The menus are very clear to read and they have physical copies of the menus as well. They have an amazing level of customization for their drinks, everything from sweetness to how much ice you would like.
