Burrito Factory

Wow, I had no idea this location even existed! My sister in law wanted her birthday dinner to be at "Burrito Factory on Blossom Hill Road". I chuckled at first because I only knew of the small location at Blossom Hill and Snell. When I go there, I figured out I was at the wrong location and got directions to this one. Upon arrival I was shocked -- tons of tables, actual bar that is extremely well stocked, huge outdoor patio dining and awesome music. Such a cool vibe here, and cool crowd. The staff was amazing, totally into our happiness. And the food was decent as well. Not over priced, either. Would definitely eat here again and would happily recommend to anyone.

Someone had ordered a good number of burritos in the morning slowing us down for a scheduled trip we had for Alcatraz (we are out of state) but we notified the employee taking orders we would come back later for it. We had the guy at the front forewarned the next shift manager. When we came back, he honored our order after showing the receipt and we were given our food and complimentary chips! Love these guys and was absolutely worth the money. On a side note, the families that came by, people were friendly while drinking, and overall, there's a kind atmosphere between the staff and patrons. Feels like home to me!

Lively place, good food. Had the carnitas plate. Was a bit dry, but tasted great... adding hot sauce did the trick. Comes with large house made corn tortillas. Wife had a cheese enchilada that hit the spot. Only couple of bummers: 1) had to pay $5.50 for a small tray of chip and salsa; 2) waited 35 mins to get the food (at 2pm on a Sunday).
