Very nice, good coffee and good service. Hostess and waitresses are very nice. Plenty of big TVs, good conversations. Nice eye candy. Could be better but so far happy happy.

Nice clean coffee shop, attentive servers, sufficient parkings, close at 5pm.

Don't look like a cop, or they stop showing. Tip well, the girls here are actually really friendly and I'm never going back to Nguyen. I had to convince them I wasn't a cop, so white guys beware walking in. They prefer if you come with someone they know.
