This has been a go to Starbucks of mine for years , the staff is always welcoming with quick service and comfortable outdoor seating , there’s not a bad thing I can think of to say about this place. Earned a ton of rewards on the app recently, got a free Frappuccino im going to be cashing in today too! 5 stars across the board for me!!

Love this location. The staff here are great at all hours. Management know what they're doing, everything runs smooth every time I get drinks. They're quick and efficient.

Thank you kooser Starbucks you are all so amazing. I feel welcomed and cared for as a customer. Had some issues with bad customer service at Hillsdale and Camden location and come to find out they gave me a empty gift card for a replacement drink and kooser Starbucks took care of anything. Thank you so much.

The workers are always super nice and get me my order fast.

Small store meaning limited seating. Employees not paying attention to my order (grande - pikes with one spedula). He poured drink added cream. I can not drink cream. The worst was no word or anything. Actually seemed annoyed I corrected him.

Great parking.
Staff were helpful.
Tried my first large Flat White.
Toilet was a little bit ropey.
But a very handy stopping point before heading up into the hills.

The ambience here rocks hard. The best seats are outside where the people are. Inside can get cramped and noisy with coffee machines.
You will find cyclists of all ages and convenient places to park your cycle.
Take a quiet corner seat. You can eavesdrop on interesting old folk with fairy tale lives chatting an afternoon away. Listen to moms on hiatus from their kids loudly trash talking them to their friends as you giggle into your coffee.
Warm sun and cool breeze as you pay attention to the human beings living their lives. I think of Kazuo Ishiguro's quote - "There was another life that I might have had, but I am having this one." I feel grateful that I'm living this beautiful life.
This is a great place to people watch and listen to real life dialogue - very important as a writer of fiction. 🤩💖

This Starbucks on Kooser and Blossom Hill has always been good. Their service and their drinks are always consistent. The staff is great; which has a lot to say about their management because it’s hard during COVID to maintain or train the right people. I’ll always be back!!!

I actively change my GMaps ratings based on recent vists to a given business. There are some painfully and tragically slow people at this location but there are also some absolute great staff here. If only I could come in when they awesome people are working...I'd come to this location much more often. Sadly the problematic people outnumber the few awesome people here for me to change my regular Starbucks back here. I'll still drop in on occasion in hopes to see them great people though. 🤷🏽♂️ +3 stars from where I'm changing my rating from. 🧐
