Food is always good and service is good as well.The drive thru moves fast and the area is pretty decent I recommend it.

Do not always have shakes available and you don't find out till you are already in line and have been waiting for a while. Disappointing when that is what you came for and it's one of the things they sell frequently. Need to post sign before entering drive through. Get attitude when asking why they don't have them available. Happens at multiple locations at different times.

The Food is really good you know its up to Jack's expectations now it can get really busy when going through the drive thru so expect to wait 10-15 minutes on the late nights also the employees are really friendly and work pretty fast considering being swamp with dinner rushers overall I give them 5 Stars

A bit too crowded if you are trying to use the drive through. I've visited this place tens of times. They did miss an item or two couple of time but, no big deal overall. The longest wait I've had is on a Saturday night that took 57 minutes - that's a lot for the drive through but then, it was worth the wait since it was one of the few places that was open past midnight.

It was certainly the best fast food we had. The clerk in the cashier, a young man, who we think might be the manager does an excellent job. He is super receptive, educated, communicative and the best happy to carry out his work. Congratulations!! Keep it up!! And also congratulations to Jack for having snacks, potatoes and sauces so yummy!! I loved!! Super recommend this unit, clean, organized and with happy employees!!

I ordered the ribeye burger combo. It came fast within 1 minute. The burger tasted juicy good and warm. Fries were crispy piping hot.
