They have the worst customer service ever I came today I picked 10 items put it on the counter the cashier young guy on his phone scan my 1st item and then told me to hold and went to take care of one of his vendors that came to bring him merchandise so I asked him should I wait and he told me yes you wait until I finish so unfortunately I had to leave but I'm giving him 1 star I wish I could give him negative stars

This store is not open 24 hours a day as 7-Elevens are supposed to be at 11:30 p.m. they put a note on the door telling people that they have their alarm system turned on and they are closed until 6 a.m. so between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. 7-Eleven which is traditionally 24 hours a day is closed and the staff that they have their is not too friendly they can barely speak English which it doesn't bother me that much because I'm used to working with people that don't speak great English but they're rude and when I asked why are they closed isn't it supposed to be open 24 hours I was lied to about a month ago and told old corporate got on them so they're going to be opening up soon and I just went tonight and they're still closed and what I got told is because they don't have a graveyard employee they need to hire people and then they need to have people in there that speak English well enough to at least communicate with the public and have customer service skills but my main complaint is the hours they should not be closed nor should they be putting a intimidating letter on the door about their alarm system first they said it was going to be closed at midnight and then I went there a few weeks ago at 11:30 and the gentleman refused to open the door

The guy behind the counter just couldn't seem to do math accurately. Nothing against him, but on the shelves two items I bought were listed two for $3. He then proceeded to charge me $4.25. Additionally after I handed him $5 he only gave me $0.55 in return when I should have been given 75 cents. The worst part was when I gave him the $5 and awaited for my change he just told me "ok man" like that was the end of the transaction. Hopefully they get some more attentive personnel in there soon.

Absolutely the worst experience at 7-11 EVER!! the cashier over charged and complianed in another language over the phone to someone he was talking to (during work) a very disgusting and rude insult about us 😤, because of the situation!! Obviously he didn't know that we understood him!! Never going back again!!
