Dash Japanese Tapas & Sushi

Update I drive back to Bay Area for about 7 hours because I miss Dash’s dishes so much!! Still love everything I ordered. I didn’t order any sashimi because I don’t think it fits my taste, and uni is just average. Lamp chop is not as good as before because it’s too greasy. Definitely recommend! The shouyu beef is so fresh and taste really good! They have a great and special menu which combines the salmon & tuna and avocado 🥑, the taste is fantastic. Love love love!!!! Definitely better than the other sushi places!!!!!! The best sushi place around the area in my opinion :-)

If you like fresh and high quality sushi and food, this place is the one for you. I celebrated my wife birthday there and this place was the perfect place for us. The food and the atmosphere are nice. The sushi and sashimi are so fresh and tasty. The tapa food are small but they are truly yummy. The customer service is also great. Highly recommended! I will definitely go there again.

This place completely blew me away in expectations. They are not trying to be a gaudy, flashy Japanese tapas and sushi place and it shows in their dishes. The nigiri focuses on the quality of the fish and hearty molding of the piece rather than flashy decorations. Now, the price point is a bit more on the “high-end” side but not too unreasonable. Just don’t expect to get anything else than literally the plate of the sushi. No miso soups, no appetizers, nothing. Will definitely return. Of course with more money!
