Love this place. Super creative with decorations and always keeps designs fresh. The regular cupcakes are a perfect size IMO and minis are delightful. If just stopping by, get there early for best selection. They don’t always have time to update what’s in stock on the sign outside so be prepared with backup options. Ex. Check website or photos so you know the names ahead.

These cupcakes were super yummy and some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. I basically consider myself a professional cupcake connoisseur - I’ve eaten cupcakes all around this country lol! I loved the mocha, chewy chocolate, strawberry lemonade, and carrot cake. Do call at least a day ahead to order. If you show up on the day of, you can only buy excess cupcakes from someone else’s order. I took one star off because showing up to buy cupcakes was a confusing customer experience. The store didn’t even have an accurate list of which cupcakes are available at the moment and they only have a small selection of flavors.

We spent hundred of dollars on cupcakes for our child’s birthday party and even paid for delivery because we live an hour away… and they never delivered. After calling, they say that we must not have selected the “delivery” option, even after we told them we have the invoice with the delivery fee and address on it. We had to drive 2 hours there and back because they couldn’t have it delivered the same day. Worst service ever. I’m never ordering there ever again.

I stop by every time I am around San Mateo. Today I notice the frosting of the cupcake was extra sweet. I don’t know if you changed the ingredients or the recipe. I try strawberry cream, piña colada and dulce de leche. The cake itself was great but the frosting was extremely sweet and it was not like that before. Thats the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 starts.

One of the best, if not the best, cupcakes I have tasted. I could hardly wait to try one. Love the buttercream frosting. It is buttery, creamy and not overly sweet. Perfection ❤️ Since my last review, I had cupcakes from here for a special girl turning 3years old. She is really into Princess Sophia and Sibby's made the most wonderful and beautifully decorated cupcakes. Love this place.

Love this little shop- I'm usually not a fan of cupcakes but Sibby's always manages to always strike the perfect balance between frosting & cake. Not only is their frosting art super cute and creative (seriously, check out their Instagram- they come up with such wonderful designs!), it tastes great- never overly sweet and tastes great (sometimes frosting at other places is too sweet and makes me feel sick). Sibby's frosting is delightfully flavorful and used in a perfect ratio to the cupcake! It's easy to tell the cupcakes are always freshly baked - they have that "fresh out of the oven" fluffiness! Sibby's makes both mini and large cupcakes, and if you just want to drop by to pick some up on a whim, you can. (Perfect for people like me who forget to plan ahead... however if you have a really large order, it'd probably be best to call ahead so they can make sure they have enough of all the flavors you'd want!)

I am surprised I haven’t already reviewed this place. It is my favorite cupcake place in the entire world. Every time I come to San Francisco, I come here for cupcakes. While you are supposed to place an order, they usually have plenty of “leftover” cupcakes for you to choose from if you want to just stop by. The decorations are great too. My favorite flavors are the latte love, dulce de leche, and lemon drop.
