Expensive food (10-15$) for the quantity you get, but everything was quite delicious. A little spicy, but it's South Indian food so I guess it's expected. Lunch wait during week can be a bit.

I thought this was an excellent Indian restaurant. The service was attentive and the food was savory. Service was quick and on spot. I thought the menu was well priced...for California and San Mateo. This place is great for a casual lunch.

This place needs to be closed. It's disgusting. Cooks can be seen using bare hands while cooking and grabbing other items. Staff are not friendly, don't ask about an item if you don't know what it is to begin with. So it's discouraging to try it. They're inspection may say pass but it's marked "closure." I noticed that after I left. It's also from 2016. Not good

Long wait to get the food. The restaurant does not have enough staff to server/cook. It hardly had few customers but still it took 1 hour to get our food.
To make situation worse, the food was not freshly cooked. ☹️☹️☹️

We had such an amazing experience here. Staff was very nice and did the best to try and explain the menu to us. We enjoy Indian food more than the average person, this restaurant has such a cool feel with a eclectic menu which will fill you up. Give it a try so your tummy will not run dry!

FRUED. Charges more than the menu price and does not even refund or compensate. The waiter was talking on phone while serving food. One employee was taking his dirty bike from right beside the table while we were eating. Bad ambience. Rude staff. Not authentic Indian food.

Heyyyyyy this spot is good...pricy...but good. The Chili Cheese Naan was good, the fried chicken Samosas was good...the lentils was good...this place is an Indian Hipsters dream. For me it was just good food. Perfect place to take someone who wears skinny jeans or who went to Coachella or who is a weekend vegan. Enjoy

The restaurant was a little hard to find because the sign does not have the same name, but the food was good, especially the desserts as was the tea. The meals were generally spicy so if your tolerance is low, make sure to order yogurt and enjoy.
