Thaiger Thai

Asked for the Pad Kee Mow to be as spicy as they themselves would eat it, and after double checking to see if I was sure, it came out with a good spicy level. The noodles came with cabbage, which was a bit unusual for me, and the noodles itself could have been more seasoned. The pumpkin curry with chicken was fine but not too memorable. With a thai iced tea, the bill came out to be $21+ before tip, so not as cheap as I'd love for a hole in the wall to be, but the two ladies staffing the place both seemed really nice and the two dishes seemed authentically executed.

I feel like this is a hole in wall type of place. It's pretty small and the parking is only available on the streets. I came here with my boyfriend after our thai massage and we were craving thai food haha The menu is fairly simple, you pick your protein and then you choose how you want it cooked. The prices are kind of on the expensive side for me because each plate is about $9-$15 depending on what you want and I'm used to cheaper dishes but I do have to give this to them, their portions are hugeeee! There is only 2-3 tables inside but this is mostly a to-go type place. I decided to get the chicken pad thai and my boyfriend got the beef pad see ew. I was surprised by the size of our dish, it was a large amount of noodles. I felt like the pad thai was worth it and it was delicious. But the pad see ew wasn't that great. On first sight, i thought they had given us a large amount of pad see ew but after taking a couple of bites, i realize that there wasn't that much noodle but a lot of filler stuff like carrots, bell peppers, etc. The pad see ew was also noticeably greasier than the pad thai which made me enjoy the dish even less. Since one dish was hit and the other one was a miss, overall I thought it was okay but I want to try some of their other dishes when I'm in the area again.
