I saw a bad review and thought man how picky, it's just JJ! But all these negative reviews are right! The two employees were completely backed up with online orders, so they need more staff. Understandable, but they completely ignored me when I came in. I wasn't sure which register to go to, and when the employee finally approached one he just stood there without saying anything until I asked "Do you want me over there?" The lady behind me got her drink first, no biggie, but seems weird. Definitely irritated at the lack of customer service training, plus a year's worth of bad reviews on here that they obviously don't care about, as they haven't fixed any of the same issues that keep coming up. Extremely poor business practice, save the "I'm sorry..." replies!

Employees are playing music with adult language, Mother F'r etc blaring so loud that they can barely hear you make an order over the noise. Not to mention numerous children listening to lyrics that I won't mention. I get that it is hard to find employees right now, but no excuse for this...plenty of ways to avoid, correct this. Also my cup was half way full/empty depending on your take...

This Jamba juice is the closest one to my place and because they continue to mess up my drink I will no longer come here I rather drive the extra miles to the one next to Costco. My drink at 4th street are always watery as if the drink has been sitting around. Can management retrain everyone and also remind employees that urgency is a must. If things continue I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes down.

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and the girl took our order, we said orange carrot twist then waited for what seemed like forever. 2 other customers came in and were ignored. The person before us had their drink made but just sitting on the counter to be poured. At first I thought, short staffed, but there were 4 people working so it didn’t make sense. We were asked to wait outside even though they weren’t attending the people waiting in line. We eventually got our drink and it was just carrot juice. I will definitely not be coming back to this Jamba Juice. I’ve been here enough times now to know they do not provide any customer service.
