I've been to this place before and never had a problem but after tonight I'm taking my business elsewhere. I stopped by today with my wife and kids the woman working there tried to make my sub on top of a filthy counter, when I complained she was rude wouldn't even make it on the rack they use to toast the sub and after I told her that what she was doing was unhealthy she asked me where I was from, like that had anything to do with a dam sandwich. They should be more clean and polite.

I adore this place! They offer decent dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that restaurant is a professional, I enjoy very much trying all their food. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I visit often this place and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

employees are rude when making sandwich. to top it all off, our car was broken into and when i explained that our phones and bags were stolen. i asked if they could call the police and they refused. it was late at night and other business were closed. so we had to ask a random stranger to borrow their cellphone.

The employees at this location have the biggest attitude. I’ve had one throw $6 at me from his wallet and exclaim that he “doesn’t have time for this” because I made an online order for pizza (which they apparently don’t make here), and then refused to refund me. Today, I had a terrible experience with a female employee on 4/27/19, so whoever she is, she needs to be fired.

Just FYI they ARE OPEN! They make the sandwiches proper, so no complaints there. Only 1 small complaint is sometimes they toast the subs for a bit too long

Quote on quote “we don’t make soup because no one wants to make it” why are these employees getting paid to sit there. It’s not that hard to defrost soup and we got turned away. Horrible service

Came for a last minute meal at 9:46 p.m. and they had the door lock even though the front door has a post open till 10. There was a worker inside cleaning and SAW me but kept cleaning. Never coming again
