Little Caesars

Truly awful service. And, I've had similar experiences at other Little Caesar's too. It's as if the owners just don't know how to train their workers or something or don't think that even basic service is required. The employees don't seem to understand basic service common sense. They ALWAYS screw up the order. It's incredible--it's like 80% of the time it's screwed up and the other 20% of the time they just get lucky. It's just 2 deep-dish pepperoni pizzas. How hard can it be to have that ready in 45 minutes? Seriously, batting at.200 with that. Look, I understand that they won't always have the pizzas I want immediately available because perhaps they just had a run of lots of customers or something and they just couldn't keep up with the pizzas or something because they're only allowed to keep so many pizzas ready to go. But, that's why I call ahead to make sure they have my order so I can just go in, pay, and walk out with the pizza. This is actually supposed to be the entire idea behind their hot-n-ready pizza thing as I understand it anyway. But, no! Not only does their basic hot-n-ready concept fail consistently, it even fails if I call ahead. I don't know what else to do at this point. It is apparently impossible for them to understand this concept. They do actually SOMETIMES actually make my pizzas that I order apparently. However, they also usually give them away to other customers that come in that order the same thing--sometimes even while I'm waiting in line to get them myself.... Then, I have to sit around for 30 more minutes while you make me my pizzas AGAIN that I ordered 45 min ago. What is even the point of ordering them ahead of time at all? If I wanted to stand around for 30 min in your store with nothing to do, I'd just go somewhere else and at least get decent pizza. The whole point of coming to a Little Caesar's is to get dirty, greasy pizza cheap and fast. The whole process consistently fails in the most basic ways.
