Really bad experience ordering a custom cake for my moms birthday. The theme was rose gold and pink and I ordered a pink and white cake for 75 dollars from baskin robins only for me to come pick it up and it was purple and not pretty at all they didn’t even offer me a discount there was a nice girl who worked there who tried to help me but the manager and cake designer were telling her too bad there’s nothing they can do for me so I was forced to take the cake the employee there was nice enough to give me a free pint of icecream but definitely the last time I order a cake from baskin robins really very rude and Unprofessional and I advise other people to buy their cakes elsewhere

NEVER order cake from here! I placed order over the phone for my dad's birthday since online option was not working. I emailed photo per their instructions. Upon pick up the order was not processed. Staff said they received photo but did not order cake. What is a birthday party without a cake? Of course our dinner was ruin. Order cake from somewhere else. I emailed corporate to inform them of incident and they said someone would call me. I never received a phone call. It shows the BR can care less about customers. They forget without customers they will be out of business. NEVER again!

Delicious treats finally got to try it such a cute little spot there menu has a wide variety. customer service is amazing they make you feel welcome from the moment you step in there. The chimney cakes are absolutely amazing crispy crunchy outside with the taste of churro they add ice cream of top you can create your own or choose from their menu definitely a must try .
