Kfc

Very small place. Service was nice and accommodating, so gave 2 stars just for that. Chicken was overcooked and my 81 yr old MIL couldn't eat it. It was very dark, like old oil was used. They gave us new pieces, which weren't any better. Need key for restroom. No soap or paper towels in there. I let the clerk know, but never did anything. That is really bad when it is the restroom the employee use. Explains the problem with sick customers in other reviews. This was the only KFC I have ever had problems with. Only one employee had his uniform on too. Won't go to this one again.

Waited for 40 minutes and still not able to order. People were waiting for 1 hour for the food they had ordered. It was Thanksgiving so I get it, but there was no communication and definitely not enough staffing. The real issue was that orders were also being made online and the delivery guys were also waiting over 30 minutes. A little communication can go a long way. We ordered Chinese food over the phone, drove down the street and got the food to go - all in 10 minutes.

I freakin love the chicken sandwich here!! Having said that, listen to my advice....NEVER order one after 7PM. The last 3 times I have, they have been hard as a rock. But only because its the end of the day and the patties have been sitting in the warmer for hours. However, if you order one anytime before that, they always have had fresh, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside chicken patties which make the sandwich a winner!! They put the perfect amount of pickles and mayonnaise that make the sandwich great.. They have the best fries in town as well.
