Good food and service and good prices, but the poached eggs on my eggs Benedict we're way overdone, more like a soft boiled egg. Otherwise decent place.

Have been to this place a few times for breakfast over the past year. Food is good, but the staff apparently hates working here. Not friendly at all, which makes for an unpleasant morning experience. Basically zero customer service skills or even an attempt. I gave them a few chances, but think I'm done. I would not recommend this establishment, at least not until they can show a minuscule of gratitude/customer service for people who are giving them money. Even a "good morning, how may I help you" would be a start...instead of "what do you need" and finger pointing when you ask where something is. They could at least use words.

Would have given 0 stars, if I could. We had the salmon eggs benedict. Seriously, they make Denny's look like a Michelin 3 star. The strawberries on the Nutella waffle smelled like they'd been cut with the same knife as the onions. So food was really bad. Now, the service... equally bad. Dirty tables, no clean utensils, mess in every corner. We paid a grand total of $25 for this terrible experience. Needless to say, will stay a thousand feet away from every Prolific in the future.

The people are nice and the pasta itself was perfect, but the veggies were way under done. Ate all the pasta and they recooked the veggies for me, still a little under done- carrots need a longer or higher cook time. Great atmosphere and the staff get along well, but they should pay a little more attention to the customers and how loud they're talking to each other and standing around the register. Needs a little work.

I had the California omelet and it was delicious. It came with hash browns that were crispy on top and very soft inside. The cappuccino was distinctive, with slightly sweet milk foam and a sour to slightly bitter espresso. At 7:15am the service was prompt and friendly.

I went there to get some dinner with family, given the reasonably good experience in the past. Didn't realize that the place was infested with some type of tiny flies till the order was placed. Later food came, and a terrible experience followed with these flies kept falling on the food and all around the dining table, making it pretty much a disgusting experience. Surprised to see that the restaurant had done nothing to fix this, although they were fully aware of the situation. I suggest to stay away from this place till they seriously address this issue.

Potentially a nice place but after having to wait 30 minutes and chase twice for a plate of hash browns eggs and bacon we won't be going back. People arriving 15 mins after us were sever way before. 2 stars as the guy that took the order said sorry and tried (a bit). Recommend avoiding.

This is a combined bakery and cafe.
I went there twice, once for a sandwich and once for breakfast (I had the California omelet). The food is good (not outstanding, just good), the service is friendly and the place is ok. The prices are slightly on the high side (but it's not a ripoff).
I will probably go there again for breakfast when I'm in the area, and I will recommend it to others as a nice breakfast place.
