The star goes to its location only. The service staff were rude and irresponsible at the drive through when they didn't know how to look up for a mobile order. The quality of food was bad as the SOPs were not strictly followed. If not in a hurry, try Lawrence, E El Camino, Steven Creek instead of this one.

I placed a mobile order for breakfast for three people that was brought to my car in well under 5 minutes (this was around 8:30 AM on a Thursday). Nothing was missing from my order, which was great. Kudos to McDonald's staff for starting off my morning on a great note. I'm loving it.

Consistently good food. Fries were awesome- fresh and hot. Speaker was not great so ordering took longer than expected, and everyone was out at 11:00 at night to get a snack so the drive thru line was really long. Took about 15 minutes to get through it. And the dining room closes at 7pm (!)- so drive thru is the only option of you need a McD fix! 😀

The person taking the order was rude and both people at the first and second windows didn’t say a word to me. It should get one star, but they were efficient and my order was correct, which is rare for a McDonald’s visit.

I have no comment about the food it's mostly same in any McDonald's outlet but I was not happy with the delivery. If you are going for takeaways make sure to check the items before you leave. I faced issue that one of the item was missing and had to drive back to the restaurant. Also while placing order I noticed another family had similar issue.

All of the self service order stations were broken. Also they were having quality issued with the food, my fries were soggy and undercooked and my mcflurry didn't get mixed, it was just ice cream with candy on top.

One of the worst service & worst employees. Intentionally gave wrong order & when reclaimed then gave again a cheap quality sandwich absolutely without any toppings inside. only two bin slices with a patty inside.

I've been going at that location since young. I'd say we mostly go here when at the city. They're usually pretty fast about: the quality.
