Starbucks

One of their machines broke down when I went to get my morning coffee but that’s totally understandable. The way they handled the entire situation was pretty great. I believe it was the manager the one handing out the drinks, he was on top of it! He made sure to give everyone the correct drink and even handled curbside pick up at the same time. Starbucks was pretty packed but he was able to recognize who was there for what drink. Everyone remained calm and they made sure every customer received their right drink as fast as possible. Thank you baristas for your great teamwork!

Great location and not to mention even greater staff! So polite and very attentive, did I mention that it was also 5am and they seemed super energetic and ready to take an order/make a fresh cup of coffee. Definitely passed the vibe check, we all know how baristas can be and customers as well, so it was a nice switch and experiencing a well kept store.

The male employee (Michael) and female employee who were on duty at 4:20 PM on 10/16/3019 were disrespectful and judgmental toward Asian patrons who were speaking Chinese Mandarin. These patrons were at their own table having their own conversation in Mandarin Chinese. I heard the employees working behind the counter say disparaging comments about how the Chinese speaking patrons should be speaking English in public. Is this how Starbucks treats their customers? Are these Starbucks values? I sure hope not, but these employees working today presented racial judgment as Starbucks's values. I will never return to this location. The convenience is not worth supporting a location that employs racially judgmental employees.
