Good food and good service . Now the food servings unsatisfactory When you pay for a regular plate and they give you literally half the amount. Do not use your season dinning pass unless you want to get the smallest Panda Express you have ever seen .
If we’re ever served this portions at any other location you have to request to talk to their manager in charge.

I have had the dining pass.
All other restaurant in the scheme parks provide one plate plus one side.
Panda Express provide a bowl, with the portion can barely feed my 3 year old son!
The food quality is okay, but it seems that the restaurant is the only one who did not respect customer and trying to push out every pass holders.
I felt the scheme park shall warn this business for a better practice, otherwise they might give you only a bowl of steam rice next time.

The service is good for a restaurant in an amusement park. They have limited entrees(4 different kinds) and they DO NOT supply you with the same amount of food as a regular location. The prices are also higher than out of theme park locations.

At Great America Panda & food expensive and poor quality. All fat & dough with no chicken meat with orange chicken. Tiny serving size for $12. Should be removed from Dining plan

Expensive and a little cold but what do want from amusement park food. I still ate it. Cold honey walnut shrimp is not too bad cold.

Very disappointed. No chicken in our kung pao chicken bowls bought with meal passes. Staff is rude and overall a very unpleasant experience. Their 'meal' would not fill you up at all. Good luck if you decide to eat here. Exceptionally bad joint of an otherwise great brand.

Up charged because it's inside Great America, but it's exactly what you expect from a Panda that's anywhere else.
