Wingstop

Negative stars if possible. I got charged for an order that the employees cancelled. I made this order online to be delivered. When I called and asked the status, the employees mentioned that someone picked it up. When my delivery driver arrived the employees told them someone else picked it up. When another driver went to pick it up they told that driver the order was cancelled. at least 4 different drivers were assigned to pick up my order. I ended up ordering from another location. But I still got charged for a cancelled order. The store refused to help and you can only email corporate and they have yet to respond about 2 weeks later. What a con

This Wingstop is horrible. Customer service was awful, i ordered wings to be delivered through wingstop website and never received the food because the doordash driver delivered it to the wrong house. When I asked the employees at wingstop for a refund or compensation, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Not to mention I waited one hour and a half for the food to come and it never showed up!

Got to the place, looked dirty, tables were sticky. Workers had their masks under their noses, one of the guys in the kitchen didn’t even bother to put it up above his mouth. The drink machine has no flavored drinks just coke and diet coke. The lady who took my order has an attitude, told me there was no fries I then saw her giving an order of fries to a costumer i stood up and asked again nicely if they had fries and another guy told me they did and then he asked the lady and she said they were only for online orders and they said they would no longer take walk in orders.
