It was pretty clean quiet calm and order was done pretty fast what can I say don't complaints

It's about what you'd expect. Fast food is fast food, but the fact that they're open late is nice. There are a couple things on the app menu that they don't seem to ever have, but that's probably more due to covid than anything else.

I went late night 1:30AM on May2, I ordered loaded breakfast sandwiches and was missing cheese then second night my co worker went to buy from their too, I requested 2 sandwiches spicy Nacho chicken both were missing the onions. If I knew that will missing again I would not order from there.

Love their milkshakes. One of the best shakes amongst the major fast food burger chains. Thick and creamy. Just don’t need all the whipped cream.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack meal and also an order of Triple Cheese and Bacon Loaded Fries on DoorDash. Those fries were almost 5 bucks. But they sent an order of curly fries instead😡. I tried to call them to straighten this out, but they wouldn't answer. After about 6 times, I gave up. So I spent 23 dollars for a cold Jumbo Jack, way too many of the wrong fries, and the soda had no ice in it. Then they wouldn't even bother picking up the phone. They dropped the ball this evening.👎🏽

I just noticed that their menu prices are lower than what they actually charge you smh makes me wonder how long they’ve been like that. Some of the things I ordered were priced .20 cents or more on my receipt. Not a crazy difference but still not what’s advertised..

I love that they take food stamps . And through drive threw. They never refuse service to you . When you drive up to window.. # 1 spot to eat lunch

It's a lot easier to order online, skip the line and go forward into the online orders, especially if you are short on time, or if you are out on lunch, friendly customer service, centrally located nearby El Camino Real & Lafayette in Santa Clara, CA
