Try to get the Powerade drinks as signage states as 2/$3.50 but the clerk denied the sale and attempting to charge me with regular prices! He said the sign was expired?! Really ? It says “offer good through 1/4/ 22 “ am I reading it incorrectly? Unbelievable! It is cheating to consumers! And the clerk even yelled at me saying if either I pay with the regular price to get it or go to another store! Wow ! What a customer service you have !

Just went to get a slurpee at the 7-11 on 1555 Los Padres Blvd, Santa Clara and the place was discussing there were used big gulp and slurpee cups all over the drink area . Two of the cups were half full one of soda and another of slurpee, To bad I can't post the pictures cause you would think twice before going their Discussing says it all .

The help here is fantastic, I particularly love the little Middle Eastern guy who works most nights, and the food is pretty decent for a 7-11 (you can tell the help tosses the crap you would rather not eat as opposed to serving you something terrible). However, I work late and like a cold beer on my way home. I stop here regularly. On more than one occasion I have arrived with a few minutes to spare yet the clock on the register wouldn't let me buy my beer because it was a few minutes fast. It is hard enough to get home on time to have a cold beer, but the fact that the owner cannot get his POS in an effective enough operational existence properly set up to accommodate night workers like me lets me know that I should never come here again. Details are the epitome of running a store, and this owner fails miserably. I spend around $2000 a year grabbing a couple beers after work for myself and my wife. This location will be getting none of that moving forward.

Rude Casheir! Bad customer service. This afternoon I visit 711 to get some drinks. The black tall guy ring my items up, didn't even talk to me or say hi. Take my money n give my changes don't even look at me ... And suddenly continue his conversation on his phone. I wear never step into this place again. So he can have fun talking on phone during work hours. Enjoy . ><'
