Pick Up Stix

LOVE Pick Up Stix, food is amazing. Ordered on the app for curbside. Called when I arrived, parked in the front of the store. After 30 minutes, called again. Was placed on hold for 5 minutes then was told the pick up spot was in the back of the building. So basically my food was sitting for 30 minutes while we were waiting outside. The employees did not have the decency to call me back or hm idk CHECK THE FRONT OF THEIR STORE. Definitely will not come back to this location again.

If you're looking for really good Chinese food, keep looking. We ordered the drunken noodles, sweet &sour chicken and chicken dumplings....all looked great in the online pics. The only thing that remotely resembled the pic were the dumplings, which were tasty. The noodles were dry, chicken tough, and just blah. The sweet and sour chicken was awful. Dry breaded fried chicken with a tiny amount of clear sauce. No sweet and sour sauce at all. Very unappealing in presentation, and taste. Disappointing. Don't recommend. The two stars were for the dumplings. We spent $30 for a bad lunch. I've had better Asian food from the freezer section of the market.

We had the crispy honey shrimp and drunken noodles with shrimp. The chef did an amazing job with the food. This tasted better than a place we go to where the entrees are $15+! The customer service was nice. However, they are really understaffed. I feel very bad for the employees and 1 chef. So if you go, just order ahead and be prepared for a little wait.
