Numero Uno Pizza

3 stars, one For service, one for good pizza and last for clean place. -2 start one for dirty cup and another for overcooked puff balls! (Or reheated) Over all picture experience was okay not the best iv had, considering my local place closed in palmdale we had to come here. The cups were dirty inside at the bottom with white food particals and once the puff balls come they where really hard like eating an Over cook tortilla left out Over night. Before I give up on this location I will give it one more attempt Before we start going to the pasadena location. Oh and can someone please start drying out the shaker tops and toss out the rusted one? Stop washing them in the dishwasher I dont want to get sick eating rust. -1 more star.

I ordered their standard pepperoni pizza. It's important for you to know if you never ordered from them before their pizza is 90% Thick crust with a very small thin amount of cheese at top and maybe at most 3-4 pepperoni per slice. But again it's baked on a very thick soft crust. If you love bread then you will love this pizza because that's what you're basically getting is baked pizza bread. Again to be clear the bread was really good, the cheese & pepperoni were both good. A good comparison is for those of you who have had a true Chicago style pizza imagine receiving a pizza like that but instead of having the thick toppings and sauce underneath the cheese.... it's just all bread/crust that's exactly what this pizza is.

What can I say. Número Uno is one of my favorite pizza places. I no longer leave near here but whenever I’m in Valencia I have to go. Their pizza, Calzone, puff balls, and even their sandwiches are great. I’ve never had an issue whenever I’ve ordered from them. I’ve dined in, takeout, and delivery and every single time it has been the same quality… Amazing. I wish I had one near me but I guess this will keep me going back to visit my hometown.

Greasy!! Ugh... See my review below... Owner responses to poor reviews are a joke! Disingenuous and generic... Not once do I see them responding by offering a remedy... I would stay away... Good business owners offer a remedy for a paid product that was unacceptable. Don't waste your money on a place that does not stand behind their product. Even Domino's offers a free replacement... Greasy! Flavor isn't horrible but unless you are few quarts low on grease stay away from the pasta and wings... Wow...not sure the picture captures just how greasy throughout.. It's a lot

The pizza looks horrible. Its unevenly cut with a small triangle piece in the middle, its not cut all the way through, one slice has nothing on it, vegetables are in large chunks and are also not cut thoroughly. The guy on the phone tells me its fine....c'mon brah. Then tells me that I probably won't like the next one after I tried to continue business with. Unreal. Then says he going to send his driver back to pick up the pizza so he can check it out and call me back.....big thumbs down
