My very first time at this location. I asked if I could sample one of the meats to see how spicy it would be and I was told "no". So I left I don't know who came up with that policy, but they just lost a potential customer.

If you're paying cash do not go there I spent over $50 they did not have change for $100 bill made me go to the Starbucks Starbucks did not have change either drove me crazy plus the portions of food that they serve compared to Mom and Pops they suck I could understand if they were putting it on a scale but no they serve you as they please

Zero star, I have waited 10 min in line. When I try to pay for my meal. I gave then one hundred dollar bill and they kick me to the corner be abuse they don't have enough changes. How in the world. Panda needs serious training for your low staff.

Place my order online at 9:37 pm and I got my order at 10:04 while I scheduled to be picked up at 9:55 pm !!!! And what the tell me ? That is not they fault as they received the order at 9:47 !!! How is that my problem that your system works that slow ???? I’ve waited without saying anything, but when I came home and found out that after all this waiting they still miss my fried rice !!! I was furious, because in my books it’s unacceptable to do a business like that !!!! Screw you #PandaExpress !!! You can keep your NEXT FREE PLATE to yourself as my kid was so upset and stressed that there is nothing you can do to compensate that !!!!
