Jack Intthe Box

I’ve never really cared for Jack in the box to begin with I figure they’re kind of pretty mediocre across the scheme of things but they do have some good items one of my favorites was the chicken club salad which unfortunately they just change the chicken to recently and what used to look like a grilled piece of chicken off of the grill is now what looks like foam chicken that was probably frozen …….. and that’s super disappointing and depressing because now they salad as whatever. On the brighter side of things they do have some pretty tasty items like the curly fries the eggrolls and several other items worth getting however it’s the app that really keeps me coming back getting the points along with the deals and offers makes it worth it since I work close to Jack in the Box and nothing else but please don’t destroy anything else like you destroyed your salad I mean it’s also the same price still but I feel like I’m getting a lesser chicken now and that doesn’t feel good at all. A little sidenote I went later at night probably around eight or nine And the person working the drive-through at the time sounded like they absolutely wanted nothing to do with their job not that big a deal since there’s not much interaction but kind of unpleasant still.

This Jack in the Box is famous for NOT including all the items in your order. Please double check your bags! It happened to me and then my wife in two separate visits. Both times we asked if items were there and we wanted to trust them. Not any more. After calling them for our missing food manager asked to return to the restaurant for the items , but we were already home and family was hungry so we ate what we had. They get 2 stars for their cordiality of acknowledging their mistake and willingness to make it right.

Took the family here on a Tuesday night around 5:30. Staff was super friendly, service was quick, food was spot on, they even gave my son a free chocolate cake for his birthday. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathroom, which I used to wash my hands was a wreck. From the leaking toilet pipe, to the sink and towel dispenser being halfway removed from the wall to having to wait for the homeless guy to exit the bathroom, it really took a stellar experience into a less than that experience.

Disgusting and would never eat there again. I'm so sorry an do apologize if I come off rude. I just flew in from a Florida and was a starving and that's the first meal I got. I ordered the 2 for $6 beacon, egg and cheese sandwich with a hash brown and a soda. The eggs were so thin I could barley taste the eggs along with the flimsy sad bun on it. The beacon was semi cooked but every other bite was super gross an had uncooked beacon in it. It just tasted funny, like it had been just sitting there for a while. I ate one an a half sandwiches and when I was done, I felt sick all day. I didn't throw it up but I just felt nauseous. If you guys serve food like this on the regular that business will be shutting down I suppose very soon. Good luck guys👍 Hope Everything gets better back there..

So I went last night/this morning around 3AM, and when I got there, nobody was taking my order even though they had an open sign. I waited about 4 mins then drove up to the window and saw it empty inside with the lights on. Then when I went across to Carl's they popped up and then hid again. Umm.. okay? Haha

Something blue on the meat or part of the meat and when I told them about it they said it could be from the box it was in. How does this happen when some puts it together between egg and bun? First and last time I go to this location. They asked what we wanted and had the nerve to charge us after we ordered what we wanted.
