Really nice & friendly the staff have time for you. 1st night on the site l got a steak done to perfection only challange was the peppercorn sauce was a tad over powering. I also popped in on Sunday but l didnt have the carvery only wanted a light snack, well they said they were fully booked but the staff did everything they could to fit me in. In the end l ordered a beef butty served with chips, gravy & side salad spot on with l had get the carvery ( will do next time). Really nice place to eat a big thumbs up to all the staff

Great place, real oldie worldly Pub. Excellent beer, and food. Very friendly staff.. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, will go again. Good food good price.

Good site for camping & motor homes. Friendly owners. Pub does food but was not open for food on the Monday but close enough to find a meal nearby. Nice clean camp site with showers and very clean facilities.

Lovely friendly place fantastic food . Also stayed open for us because of holiday weekend . Really homely and nice setting too. Wanted to go in for years finally went in was not disappointed. Staff and service brilliant. Would go again.

A warm, friendly welcome. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for us; we were a large awkward group and we were made to feel right at home. The carvery was delicious. A good selection of veg and meat. We will definitely be back!
