Came for my sons birthday and wasn't disappointed. Staff really friendly and food beautiful

Our third time here, and excellent again. Quick service, tiny mistake in the starters but the staff apologised for it and it wasn't a problem anyway and the attitude of the staff was really good. Showed usual great understanding of our family's extra needs around autism - friendly things. Pleasure as always and we'll be back next time we're in Scarbados.

Lovely inside , friendly staff maybe they were under staffed slightly trying to get attention for a drink and had to walk and order which is absolutely fine but could of maybe asked if we wanted more drinks when our mains were brought out as we were empty. Food was lovely , toilet's immaculate.

We visit Pizza Express maybe once every 3 months and the staff are always very polite and helpful. Sometimes the restaurant can be quite noisy which may put people off returning again. Good food though and some gluten free options which is great for my partner

Had a great meal at Pizza Express Scarborough. The waitress, Courtney was a delight and looked after us really well. Highly recommended. Many thanks for a memorable part of our holiday.

This is a very busy place with l think very few staff. Something to bare in mind when going. The girl on reception was fantastic she found a table for three adults and three children even though the place seemed to be booked up. The waiter was superb laid back and nothing too much trouble. The food was superb and I would recommend it massively.

Lovely chilled atmosphere and delicious food, had a 2 for 1 deal on main meals which is a bonus. Prompt service, but it was very quiet so that probably helped. Will happily go back.

Good food - good offers - friendly staff when you could get hold of them. Girl went off to get me garlic dressing oil and never came back although the male staff member who looked very official couldn't have been nicer. Asked for dressing and he returned in seconds. Would recommend but probably at a quieter time. Good atmosphere - very clean.

The usual pizza express experience in a particularly pretty building.
Absolutely freezing in winter though. Large windows very nice to look on to the harbour but heating wasn't anywhere near up to it on a cold day, and I am someone who rarely feels the cold.
Summer would have been pleasant! You've been warned haha.
