First visit to Embers for my partner's birthday.
Staff were fantastic and really accommodating.
The food was absolutely amazing, the chef here combines amazing flavours an quality results shine through in the food. Definitely a place that is passionate about what they do.
Already my favourite place to eat.
We will most definitely be back!

I found Embers through TripAdvisor. From the reviews, I expected it to be good but what we found was exceptional quality food and drink. Particular highlights for me were the scampi, smoked salmon and the Embers Old Fashioned, but everything was very good, even the water! The staff were very friendly and were happy to provide an item not on the menu. The prices were also very reasonable.
We will definitely be visiting again.

The food was perfectly cooked and presented. The starters/mains and desserts all 10 out of 10. The staff were brilliant, cocktails were incredible, and if we hadn’t already said no phones on our date I’d of had photos to prove it! 100% recommend this place as a special treat! Worth the money in every sense!

Wonderful meal, I had the prawns and a fish special and my Husband loved his steak. My lad was recommended the brownie, by the lovely waitress, which was great..thank you. Cocktails of Espresso martini and old fashioned were a perfect end to the meal for us too. Would definitely recommend for the food and drink when in Scarborough

Absolutely delicious food, too much corrianda for me 😂. The service was lovely and didn't put a foot wrong. The prawn starter is delicious if you go you must try it !. Will definitely be back. They offer gluten free and vegetarian options. Best place to eat in Scarborough.

Enjoyed the most amazing meal at Embers. It's a compact venue but certainly packs a punch in terms of flavour. Best hummus I've ever had, and the tartiflette was something else, totally delicious. My friend was bowled over by the perfectly spiced chicken paprikash. Generous portions to the point that there was, sadly, no room for dessert! Even the water was served beautifully, with fruit, herbs and cucumber in the bottle. Friendly and attentive service too. Highly recommended.

We stumbled across Embers whilst staying at Scarborough, after being let down by a local restaurant last minute.
The service was attentive and quick. We decided to share a few starters, to act as tapas which were all equally delicious.
We finished the meal with a cheeky cocktail and left very happy :)
Thank you for a lovely end to my birthday (turning 25 again!). We hope to see you again soon when we are next in the area!

Delicious food and great service. Lovely quirky venue. Can’t wait to come back. Good wine list too. There were 3 of us and we all had a great experience. Perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients.
