Everyone there had a smile on there face and seemed very happy. I'm just shocked because I live in NY and no one is happy or smiles here

I usually don't go to Dunkin Donuts because they don't make my coffee the way I like it. It doesn't matter how I simply explain it to them. Then you have the cost. On this rare occasion the Young blond hair girl actually made my coffee the way I like it. She even shook the coffee so there wasn't sugar left on the bottom.

Usually a quick trip through the drive thru. Took more time than ever before. Not a problem. Just not used to waiting a few more minutes as before. Will still go back when we are back in the neighborhood again. Probably just an off day.

I have been to 8 different Dunkin' donuts only one knows how to make a vanilla bean with strawberry in it the rest of them are all ice and foam. So I found out they have two different machines that make them from now on I will only purchase them in Exeter New Hampshire.

Window service was very good surprisingly, most of the time is nothing from anybody. Very polite, don't really see that anymore.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Darlene the manager was absolutely horrible! She not only did not know what she was talking about she did not accept my rewards coupon, basically I had to reach in and take my own rewards coupon back after she charged me full price because she wasn’t giving it back and then she told me that she’s worked there 20 years and have never ever ever ever have accepted free drink coupons! Basically she’s out of her mind, she was extremely rude, threaten to call the cops and then wouldn’t give me back my free drink coupon STAY THE HELL AWAY from that Dunkin’ Donuts and this was on a holiday too so totally uncalled for an absolutely disgraceful to the company and the brand! Definitely calling corporate on her!!!

Always takes forever to take your order for some reason. Definitely understaffed but it gets kind of annoying when it’s an everyday thing.
