Best Bagel

They make a absolutely killer egg and cheese on everything bagel each time I got. Thick eggs, stringy thick cheese and toasted to perfection bagel. I also use to get a strawberry smoothie as they would make them nice and thick but now when I get them they are watered down and wicked soupy. I actually had them remake the last one I got since it was almost all water and the 2nd one was just as soupy so I had to ask for my money back and the lady didn't seem to happy about it (after making it twice now) but if I'm paying almost 5 bucks for this smoothie I do expect it to be made like a smoothie and taste like one as well. I have no complaints about the food at all I think they make excellent food but they do need to work on those smoothies a bit again.

Best bagels have always been really terrific and satisfying. However will not go again called in an order arrive 10 minutes later and my three breakfast sandwiches were not made. They weren't even busy and there were no apologies. No apologies whatsoever like oh well what's the big deal. The big deal is why phone in an order when you're in a hurry to go in to pick up and then it's not ready and you have to wait around. Just too many other places to get breakfast sandwiches and spend my money see yoa!

I normally love this place but this morning I found what I believe to be a finger nail in my coffee!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. GROSS. The manager was defensive of his employees saying nobody has yellow nails. Obviously the nail was in the ice bin or coffee pot for a while then if nobody at that time had yellow nails. He offered to repay for my breakfast but clearly did NOT care that this happened saying it couldn’t be them.
