Amazing pasta - I would eat here everyday if the lines weren't so long and it wasn't only open weekdays. Prices are reasonable ($11 for pasta as of Jan 2020). They only serve three pastas everyday - one is the Bolognese and the other two change everyday. You can see the pasta menu for the day on their Instagram (they usually post around 10:30am, 30 minutes before they open).
This place gets really busy, so expect to be in line for at least an hour in most cases. If you want to avoid the longest lines, either get in line around 10:45am at the latest or go at 2pm or later. The only downside of showing up later is that one of the pasta selections could run out (happened to me once).
The Bolognese pasta is my absolute favorite. I also love their pastas with pesto whenever they have it - highly recommend it if that happens to be one of the menu items that day. The focaccia is amazing and I always order it as a side. The dulce de leche cookies are also really good if you have a sweet tooth.
The restaurant itself is really small and it's always packed, but you WILL get a seat. I usually go as a group of 4 (and occasionally 6) and we've always been able to get a table together. The staff are really good at planning out seating, so no need to worry about that.
Note that you can also order to-go, which I've done when getting there late to avoid the lines.

The wait may seem intimidating, but Il Corvo has delicious pasta. And at very affordable prices. The menu changes daily, but all of the pastas I tried were fabulous. The other menu items like the house foccacia and kale salad were great too.

10/10, amazing pasta. Everything was so fresh, the flavors were great, and the portions were the perfect amount for a lunch with family/friends. The line was long, but even then, it moved rather quickly for the size of the restaurant! 100% worth the wait. Will definitely be stopping by here the next time I am in town!

Coming from New Jersey I’m always skeptical about Italian food on the west coast. Il Corvo is the exception, and they would do well regardless of where they are in the US.
There’s a long wait and you’re eating in a somewhat cramped space, but that brings you closer to friends and makes the food more enjoyable.
The appetizers, especially the prosciutto, were fantastic and the pasta is other-worldly.
If anyone is visiting from the northeast and misses good Italian food, this is the place to go.

My brother decided to take us to this place boasting it was supposed to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Seattle. It did not disappoint.
Food: Authentic. You can taste almost every ingredient and it’s freshness in the dish. The lack of verity is completely made up by the absolutely exquisite taste of the pasta and sauce. This is not one of the best pasta joints in Seattle. This is one of the best pasta joints in the country.
Atmosphere: A little tight with limited sitting, but gave the place a cozy authentic feel in a part of town where you would not expect food of this caliber. I wouldn’t bring kids here as they might not appreciate the lack of space.
Service: The staff was very nice and explained everything that was asked. We did not feel rushed even though there was a line of at least two dozen people behind us.
Try their chili sauce. It’s life changing.

Amazing!!!! Would give 6 stars if I could. This kind of restaurant was just amazing. All pasta was freshly made, and I could honestly say it was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had. If you visit Seattle, this place WILL BE the highlight of your eating.
Tip- if you want to eat first, get their at 10:15am. Opening time is 11am, but the line was around the corner by 10:35-10:40am

Was it worth the wait? Yes! Pasta was delicious. Fresh, perfectly cooked. Sauce was the perfect combination of savory, sweet and a bit of spice. Only disappointment was the Focaccia. If the bread was as good as the pasta, it would have been 5 stars. Get in line early for the shortest wait.

OMG. PASTA. DREAMS.
Uhhhh not gonna lie, the bud and I may have come during lunch. And ordered a carafe of wine...per person. Was it too much? Definitely. Did others benefit? Absolutely, when we gave away half our wines to our neighbors hahah. Hey, they appreciated it.
Soooo we may have also ordered every single pasta dish. On the menu. That day. Being a pescatarian, I didn't get to try every dish since one had meat, but of the rest, damn. So so so good.
Expect to hunt for some parking in the area. Also, expect to wait later if you don't wait earlier. I rolled out of my buds car 30mins to opening and there was already a bit of a line. By the time my bud met me up 5 til, the line ran all the way down the street and around the corner...and then some.
But seriously. They're efficient af. Don't sit before ordering. They'll tell you which table to grab after you've ordered. There's sauces and pastas to buy to-go at the front. We bought some for the next day. You seriously cannot go wrong with any of the pastas. The kale salad was a nice ish balance to all the carbs, but was it an amazing salad (like the pastas), then no.
PASTA TIME! 5 stars.

One of Seattle’s finest restaurants.
Is it worth the wait? 15 minutes? 30 minutes?
Absolutely.
Fresh pasta is made daily and served until they run out. The focaccia is incredibly delicious with their olive oil. The pasta is so fresh, every bite is mouth watering.
One advice is to SHARE. Order a lot and share with loved ones, friends, and dive into each dish.

This has been sitting on my "to go" list for quite some time. I already had a pasta place I'd visit that makes fresh pasta in Capitol Hill, so didn't have a need to come here. All the reviews are spot on - it's amazing. The succinct menu should be the first sign of a consistently quality product. The James Beard Foundation Award exacerbate your expectations. Thankfully this place doesn't disappoint. As others have mentioned the portions are normal (European standards) and may not suffice for those with very large appetites - I thought they were perfect. The amount of seasoning/sauces on the noodles is the perfect equation. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend waiting in line at opening to be guaranteed a seat and not feel rushed. Visit here if you have the time and are in the vicinity.
