Shug's Soda Fountain & Ice Cream

Highly recommend!!! My visit to Shug’s Soda Fountain & Ice Cream was fantastic! I tried the S’mores Sundae with Earl Grey and Cherry Amaretto ice cream - an amazing blend of classic and unique flavors. The Earl Grey added a refreshing touch, while the Cherry Amaretto was sweet and rich. Along with great service and a cozy atmosphere, Shug’s provided a memorable ice cream experience. Definitely a five-star treat!

I hired Shug's ice cream cart for my wedding and it was the most incredible experience. First of all, the owners of this establishment Colleen and Paul are the kindest people. They were such a joy to work with and have the most amazing life story; they have hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro! They have the most beautiful ice cream cart, in this gorgeous mint green color and they themselves are the ones that served the ice cream at our wedding, which made it all the more special! We got to do an ice cream tasting, which was such a blast and go to the shop while it was closed. They even served us Prosecco to sip on while we tried the various flavors. In the end we got to choose something like 6 flavors for the ice cream cart, so there was a lot of variety. They also offer add ons like cones and toppings if you choose to have those extras at your event. We feel so grateful to have been able to meet and work with Colleen & Paul. Can't wait to visit the shop soon and check out their new location in West Seattle!

Yummy icecream !! They have lots of varieties and flavors. The waffle cone is delicious and crispy. Loved the chocolate truffle which I purchased on a late Saturday night. Friendly, kind and welcoming staffs 😍 such kind ppl working in this shop. Highly recommended for delicious and cost worthy icecream 😋👍🏽.

We used Shug's ice cream cart for our wedding last weekend and are so happy we did!! The ice cream was amazing and the cart was such a cute touch. They have so many different flavors to choose from but Colleen was so helpful in helping us narrow down the flavors. We got so many compliments on how great everything was and we would recommend them to anyone!

Stopped in for a quick couple of sodas on a hot day. Got a root beer and a cola (both refreshing). Had a great vibe inside. Saw a lot of people getting ice cream that looked REALLY good. The wait for my drinks was a little long, but they were obviously very busy, so it didn’t bother me that much. I’ll be back to try more of the main menu!

Very cute place! Not a lot of AC. Back room has more room for bigger groups and a fan which helped. Fun dessert options, especially the boozy ones. Okay prices for a touristy area. It was more fun than overall delicious- the taste of everything our group had wasn't particularly amazing but the staff (only 2??!! They powered through!) Did their best. Setup was very cute. We weren't totally sure about ordering or when to get our stuff so make sure to stay close while waiting for your order. Cute and might come again.
