Aerlume Seattle

We were here at the Aerlume for our anniversary dinner last night and it was so perfect. Since I’d made the reservation prior they took the time to decorate the table and we were greeted by every server attending us and passing by. We had the grilled octopus for the starters and for the main course we had pork shank and the steak with the side of brussels sprouts which were all cooked to perfection and so flavourful. For dessert we had banana pudding - loved it, it was not too sweet and not too heavy. Our overall experience was 10/10 and I’d 100% recommend it to everyone.

I’ve gone to this place a couple of times and I cannot stress how good this food is. We got eight of the starters and they have 12 on the menu that tells you how good the food is in addition to that we also got two appetizers and shared the food between the four of us, I must say the octopus is the best octopus I’ve ever eaten and I will only eat octopus here. The staff is phenomenal. Mark is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He’s very knowledgeable about the food and the pairing of the alcohol with the food, he knows his stuff and he’s very polite and very attentive. Please make sure that he knows his worth at this company, I will definitely be back for Mark and for more delicious food. There’s plenty of parking so do not worry about parking but I do recommend make a reservation and if you can join their club and you will get rewards it’s called the Revelers Club I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for another wonderful evening my guests that came with me have never been and they will definitely be back along with my self!

Beautiful location for a fantastic restaurant. You can’t beat this atmosphere. The food was fantastic! We loved the steak bites and tempura cauliflower but honestly everything here is good. We didn’t get to try the cheesecake but I heard it’s one of the best in town! Beautiful restaurant with great service

Had an incredible dining experience at Aerlume this week. The restaurant is gorgeous, with beautiful views of Elliot Bay. Close to Pike Place but still very quiet. Service was amazing, the best I've experienced in Seattle thus far. The food and drinks were amazing. We opted to try all of the appetizers in place of ordering entrees and we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh, delicious and priced fairly. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended and I'll be back!

We went to Aerlume for dinner and it was our first visit. The overall impression was great. They have a small balcony for outdoor seating with great view of the surrounding area. The interior decoration is modern with an open kitchen. We made our reservation online and was led to our seat right away. Many people there seem to be celebrating anniversary or birthday and the staff would prepare table with special flower petals and cards. We ordered bread and butter with fried cauliflower and both were good. We especially loved the bread and butter. They came with two types of bread, one has rosemary in it while the other was brioche. The herbal butter that came with the bread was very tasty too. For the main course we chose pork porterhouse and Alaska wild caught cod. The cod was really well done. It was cooked but still extremely tender. Pork porterhouse was not as good in comparison. The meat was a little too hard and the accompany garnish a little too sweat. We also ordered cocktail and they were both very good. I especially liked Lost in the Market with activated charcoal. Overall I would say this is a very nice place that I would love to visit again in another season since they change their menu every season to use whatever fresh produce available. My only complain is the noise level in the restaurant but that’s not something the restaurant has control over. People there just seem to talk very loud for some reason.

We decided on the restaurant to celebrate my daughters bday. It was our first time here. Our servers name was Bianca. It sure if it was the atmosphere or culture of the restaurant as it seemed really slow in pace. After we finished our dinner it seemed as if we waited about 20 min for our dessert. It seems as if most people just come to have long discussions and don’t mind the wait. All in all we had a food experience.

Celebrated a birthday at Aerlume for the first time last week and couldn’t be more pleased. Our table was right at the window with an excellent view and had a card and some rose petals that read happy birthday on it. Several staff members wished us happy birthday as well throughout the evening. We ordered many dishes and the food was all delicious. They have a wide variety from poke to pasta to tandoori chicken. The vegetables are seasoned perfectly. For dessert the carrot cake and pistachio ice cream is a must. Portions are larger than you would expect. Our server was amazing and paced out or meal perfectly.

I was in town for a work trip and my coworkers brought me here. This place has since become my recommendation for all coworkers that visit Seattle. The food here was absolutely amazing. Add in the energy of the place and the ambience both inside and out looking at the water and it's by far a Seattle fav. Highly recommend getting a reservation, enjoy dressing up and prepare to spend a little money. You won't be sorry you did!

My boyfriend and I come to this place for special occasions, and we are always so excited due to the consistency of the quality of food here! We absolutely LOVE Aerlume. We are also Revelers members, and although there are other locations we could utilize our rewards for (and we have), nothing compares! The staff are always so welcoming and kind, the food makes us sigh with contentment, and the environment is so peaceful and relaxing. I personally love the decor as well, very chic and decadent, and you can’t beat the view of the pier.
