Tbh, taste is average, but all the dishes we ordered are HUGE. I’m shocked at first.

I had an amazing experience at Fuji Sushi today, especially when my cousin introduced me to their delicious Golden Chicken Katsu! To fully indulge in their offerings, we decided to order the mix platter which included a Chicken Katsu, tempura shrimp and veggies, rice, salad, California roll sushi, and I also tried their beef teriyaki. My cousin opted for the salmon teriyaki instead of beef.
Our waiter provided excellent service. Although I can't recall his name, he was tall, friendly, always wore glasses, and had a constant smile on his face. He truly took care of us throughout our meal.
What impressed me even more was the price of the platter - only $28! Considering the generous portion sizes and the outstanding quality of the food, this was an amazing deal.
The Chicken Katsu was my favorite part of the meal. It had a perfect balance of a crispy exterior and tender meat inside, and the curry sauce complemented it perfectly.
The atmosphere at Fuji Sushi was fantastic, with a Japanese-style ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Japanese room, which added to the authenticity and made me feel like I was truly immersed in the environment.
Overall, the food at Fuji Sushi was exceptional, and I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Great Food, great service. It was 1pm on a Friday…lunch specials to 2pm, quite busy. The bentos are a great choice. Kalbi ribs w/tempura and saba w/sashimi. Delish…so ono…

Great sushi. I’ve been eating here for a few years and went back for the first time in a while. The Fuji tower had a great mix of flavors and textures, along with great presentation. It was more filling than I expected. The volcano roll remains a personal favorite.
I didn’t love the salmon and avocado roll this time but it doesn’t take away from the overall rating.

Fuji sushi has the best hours of any sushi restaurant in Seattle. Not only that but the food is delicious and the service is always on point. If your looking for daytime sushi, this is one of the few places open. Decent happy hour as well.

Amazing food, the sushi rolls were fun and fresh, the shishito peppers were so flavorful, got a bento box and the portion was huge and everything was so good. Service was fast. The atmosphere could freshen up but definitely recommend this place.

Our meal at Fuji Sushi was fantastic. And while the servers were busy, the service was still very good.

I ordered the Lunch Bento for myself and the Tonkatsu Ramen for my beloved. The assortment I got for the price was very good and very filling, and I didn't get tired of any of the dishes. Her Ramen was the perfect level of saltiness and was presented beautifully, as was my bento.

The service was good. The waitress helping us was kind, and we were seated quickly. That being said, they were clearly busy, which led to them forgetting that I asked for the check and boxes to put the food in. Overall though, nothing else negative to say.
- Atmosphere -
When I went, there was a surprisingly great atmosphere about the place. Though some of the staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed, the customers were all chatting happily and enjoying the food. It's always nice to walk into a restaurant and see nothing but smiles greet you.
- Overall -
I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the international district. Seattle has a lot of great restaurants, but this one stands out with simplicity and great quality.

Highly recommend! High end sushi rolls with variety of fresh fish. The rolls were not cheap though. One of my rolls was 26.00 but contained blue fin tuna, snow crab, black tobiko and sockeye salmon. The rolls are worth the price. Very fresh and tasty!
I also tried the otoro sashimi and king salmon sashimi. Both just melt in your mouth and were buttery soft. Ive had otoro at numerous restaraunts and this had to be among the priciest at 32.00 for 3 slices. Even though quality was there, imho i think 4 slices or 3 larger slices would have been more fair for the price. Still, we had a great experience and would go back again.

Stopped in Fuji Sushi on 8/4 for Pre Seahawks Mock Game Grub. Everything was Delicious & Fresh. The Volcano Roll served on Fire was amazing for those that love Snow Crab, Tempura Shrimp and Lobster Tail Meat. Wagyu Sliders was so good.

I always have a great experience eating here. Had food from their lunch, happy hour, and normal menu and each time, it was delicious. The lunch and happy hour menus have great deals I recommend checking out. The service is wonderful too
