Friendly, generous service. I ordered the special (a tagliatelle) but they ran out. The manager came by to our table to inform me of this himself and offered to give me a discount on whatever I ordered. I got the fried chicken and fingerling potato salad, which was good, but they ended up comping my meal, which was really above and beyond / not necessary.

Very good food, although some of the appetizers are a little lacking in size. Which it's a little too pricey to eat on a regular basis and I did find the service good and the atmosphere enjoyable, I'd reserve it for more of a 'once in a while' kind of restaurant. I'd change that if the prices dropped some or the sizes increased. Still, it's worth a visit.

5 stars for the great service, delicious food, and clear atmosphere. My team reserved 'The Office' private space for our holiday party. The restaurant was prompt with follow-up despite the busy season. They worked with me to set up pre-ordered apps and desserts and suggested the best route for a group of our size (12) would be to order entrees once we arrived. The menu had many selections and was able to adjust for dietary restrictions. We had our own server throughout the meal who was kind and checked up on us throughout the meal. The space we rented came with decorative flowers, could sit 15 people, and about 10 foot walls separating it from the main restaurant. With the doors closed it was easy to chat with one another. It truly was a lovely experience. Thanks Maslow's!

In an open and welcoming space with exposed brick and some cozy banquets, Maslow's serves up super tasty food and drink with a side of philanthropic feel-good! Although there was a small hiccup in service at the beginning of our meal, the staff went above and beyond to make the rest of the our night incredible. We started with the cucumber/melon salad that had just the right amount of savory feta crumble and zesty chili pepper. That went very well with the warm roasted carrots with pistachios. For our entrees, we enjoyed the crispy chicken katsu sandwich and the fresh and flavorful blackened salmon sandwich. Both came on decadently delicious buns-- yum! The side of fries and side of corn chowder were great, too, making a hearty meal for a really good price. We ate so much we didn't have room for dessert, but next time we'll find room for the Nutella pie. Great hospitality and great food, plus it benefits the nonprofit Farestart! I recommend it for small private dining events, too-- the cute private dining room comfortably holds at least 15, and I bet they could put some smaller tables together for bigger groups in the main dining room.

Nice big space, staff really nice, but a few misses on the food overall with our table of four. Two liked their food, two didn't. Pasta so so, Turkey sandwich (too heavy on the tarragon mayo) with fries just okay. Burger and crab cakes were a hit. Definitely interested in trying again with a different menu selection due to it being a FareStart restaurant.

We ordered and shared several items. The sirloin was wonderful, as was the salmon and scallops. The fried chicken was on the bland side. We were surprised to see the restaurant empty on a Saturday night (possibly due to marches earlier in the day). What was more surprising is how slow our service was when the place was virtually empty. I would definitely go back because the food and atmosphere was so nice, and I love the concept of training people for a trade. I used to work with people who trained at Fare Start. It's a great program!
