Shawn O'donnell's American Grill And Irish Pub

Ι love this Irish pub, probably my favourite in Seattle. Food is good, beer is really good, and place is very nice and cosy. Some nights they have events going on and live music. Best time of the year hands down the run up to Saint Patrick's Day. Service is a bit of a hit and miss some times but it's okay. Pricing is decent for the area.

They had live music playing, and an Irish styled dance group practicing in the restaurant which felt lively and happy. The entrees were a bit disappointing and lacked rounded flavor - it was really missing a couple of elements. The soda bread was delicious, though. I think the Lynnwood location has better food! It's fremont, so parking is hit or miss!

The food is very expensive for the quality. Happy HR is the best way to save your buck. But we go for the atmosphere.. love it so much. I wished the atmosphere matched the food ... I hope the cooks and the waiters get paid well based on how much they charge for a salad or a burger. But I will continue going because I love the atmosphere 😁

Whenever I travel, I like to visit Irish Pubs with my wife and look out for my favorite beer, Kilkenny. While in Seattle, I called Shawn O’Donnell’s to see if they had Kilkenny…I was in luck, they did! Upon arriving there, I loved the Irish decor and music and the staff was VERY friendly and professional! When they served my Kilkenny, I couldn’t believe my eyes…there was artwork in the foam of my beer!! I had never seen this technology before! A machine that can put art in beer foam! They asked if I wanted to upload a pic for our next round…we uploaded photos of our pups, Zorro and Minka. Was so fun! Great spot, I highly recommend for an awesome Irish pub experience!

This amazing Irish pub has become our local! Seems wherever we are we naturally look for a Shawn O’Donnell’s! That being said, our favourites are where we see our mate Johnny’s influence!! The Freemont location is highly recommended by this Irish girl, who is always looking for the familiar sounds and tastes of home! You will find it for sure at Shawn O’Donnell’s, whichever one you choose to visit! As many know, I rarely do 5 stars, as a chef I believe every place can improve in some way or another! However, tonight we had chicken pot pie, black and blue salad, and it couldn’t have been better! Plus we got to enjoy lots of wonderful Irish music during the Thursday night session! The food was exceptional tonight and the environment was everything this girl could ask for! I’m always excited when hubby says we are having date night here!

During happy hour, I had the pleasure of trying the applewood smoked bacon cheddar burger, which was an absolute delight. And the prize-winning bun was the perfect complement to the burger. Soft, yet sturdy enough to hold all the delicious ingredients together. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The bartender greeted me with a warm smile and an authentic Irish accent, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and engaging. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Overall, I would highly recommend this Irish pub to anyone looking for a small slice of Ireland. The delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service make it a standout in the area. Don't hesitate to stop by.

Very nice and cozy place. When were there there was a live music which we enjoyed! Not sure if they always have fun. The outdoor area is nice and good. The shepherd pie was really good. The fish and chips was ok but the house sauce wasn’t the best. Overall it was a really good experience and good food. Enjoy!
