Melena’s is home to my all time favorite burrito in Seattle. Their cooks fry the carnitas on a skillet with onions before putting them into the burrito, giving you an addicting mini crunch texture with most of your bites. I’ve gone here about a dozen times over the last year and they have been on point with their consistency. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Mexican food in Seattle!

Amazing fish tacos! The portions at this shop are generous and the food is delicious. I'd recommend calling to place an order in advance as the wait can be 15-20mins and there's not much room for dining in.

Absolutely delicious! I got the carne asada tacos and oh my goodness--the veggies were so fresh and the meet was cooked to perfection. The salsa was amazing. And I have high expectations when it comes to Mexican food. You must give this place a try. Pro tip: call in your order ahead of time so you can skip the line.

Small shop with no indoor seating and limited outdoor seating, but that's not really a detraction as the food was great. I had the fish burrito. I couldn't believe the size of that baby! Absolutely delicious! Will come again when back in the neighborhood!

Great local taco stand. Only a couple tables outside. The food is incredible. Some.of the best tacos I've had. The rice and beans are just as good and the portion sizes are large. If you like tacos you will love this little gem.

Good fish burrito. Big portion size but the fish was over breaded for my liking. Chips were a little stale but very good salsa. Fair price, big portion, would recommend. No bathroom and has a sign that days No Dine In...? I sat inside and ate. They didn't say anything.

Delicious tacos made quickly (the asada tacos do come with guac on top which was new for me but I'm from the East Coast so figured it could be the norm out West). This is take out only but there are tables outside you can sit by.

Fish burrito hits!!! We get it with a side of bean and rice and share between two people. I’m hankerin’ for it today and they’re closed. Good for them!!! 🙌🙌. I’ll not even try to get something comparable elsewhere. The batter on the fish is just the right amount of crispy and seasoned so well and all the other elements are so refreshing and complimentary.

YES!!! Unlike much of Seattle this place is Affordable and reasonably priced because the quality is an A+ in addition to the amount you receive. Ordered a Carne Asada Burrito and y'all, YES. Well seasoned, Freshly made and nice portion. Didnt feel corporate. Will be my new go to spot for Mexican food.
