Corretto Trattoria And Bar

My friend took me out as a thank you for getting up before the crack of dawn, the next day, to take her to the airport. Good Choice! We ordered the risotto appetizer with mushrooms. It was wonderfully tasty and a satisfying way to prepare our palates for dinner. She had gnocchi with basil pesto (which I also sampled). Delicious with the freshest tasting basil ever! I had the ravioli with butternut squash. Absolutely divine. I had a glass of wine, that was also excellent and we share the cannoli for dessert. This time the cannoli was lemon with hazelnut. We left very satisfied. We shall be back!

I see why the reviews are so good! It was delicious, every bite was incredible. Definitely the best Italian I've ever had. We had the risotto with scallops, shrimp, and muscles and the fresh spinach pasta with seasonal mushrooms, cream sauce and added prosciutto. Also had the brucetta caprese and chibata. Don't usually write reviews but this place it was too good not to.

A gem on Capitol Hill! The wine list is superb and the pours are more than generous. The authentic Italian cuisine is some of the best in Seattle. (The gnocchi della casa and the eggplant parmesan are two of my favorites.) In addition, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the servers are charming and personable. Did I mention that the happy hour is unbeatable? I highly recommend visiting Panevino if you have not already done so! You will love it.

Friendly wait staff, fantastic food. Everytime I am craving proper Italian food I love to come to Panevino. I know that I will always be taken care of here. I come from a large Italian family and when I moved up to Seattle I had a hard time finding a place that reminded me of home - until I came here! My favorite dish is the gnocchi della casa with pink sauce and the desserts are wonderful. Just a great place all the way around

This is my number one place for catering! I book them for lunches at least once a week and the food is always my company's favorite. The salmon is amazing! Highly recommend the lasagna or the eggplant parmesan. They have a lobster special every Wednesday- lobster any way you want it. The lobster ravioli are especially good. The place feels like a trattoria in Italy- you'll love it.

A great addition to Capitol Hill. From the very beginning the atmosphere and the staff were warm and inviting. Authentic Italian with fresh ingredients. Also a beautiful bar with a vast selection. We visited last wed. which turned out to be "lobster Night" Though I was not in the mood for lobster that night, it is great to know that I can get fresh New England lobster right down the street. next time..... We will be back.

I have been visiting Panevino since it first opened. It is a wonderful locally owned restaurant with great atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing food. I have enjoyed every dining experience at Panevino and every time I visit I am treated like real family... not some soup and breadsticks deal offered by corporate chains. I will always recommend Panevino to all of my family and friends!

I came here for dinner with a few friends last night. We split the beet salad and the salami plate for an appetizer - both were delicious! I had the melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant parmesan) and it was one of the best vegetarian Italian dishes I've ever had! My friends ordered the gnocchi tartufati and lobster ravioli. The gnocchi was so rich and tasty and the lobster ravioli was excellent! Our server was very helpful and checked in on us to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant does get a little loud when it's busy, but other than that we had an great experience!

Friendly service, good food and a restaurant that isn't afraid to have veal on the menu. It was a nice little place, low on pretension and with a menu that had plenty of choices but wasn't overwhelming. The Italian staff added an air of authenticity to this charming restaurant, but I may just be a sucker for the accent. :) I had the penne norcina (which was delicious), tried my dinner companion's scaloppine al marsala (which is the best veal I've had in the last 20 years, if not ever) and will definitely be back for the gnocchi tartufati (truffle cream sauce!) the next time I get a hankering for gnocchi.
