We heard that Fran's Chocolate is one of the places to visit in Seattle, so we made sure to drop by this store.
The store was so clean and spacious. The chocolates were nicely displayed. The team member offered samples and suggestions while not coming across as intrusive.
We bought multiple boxes and chocolates. They were as good as their reputation conveys. We look forward to another visit.

I always refill my chocolate needs here 😊 When I got introduced to Fran's chocolates after coming to Seattle, they immediately became my favorite alongside Valrhona.
The staff at UVil location are always so friendly and welcoming; such a delight to shop here!

Really friendly, answer all your questions, and I always get a free taste of something! Really excellent chocolate, especially the dark chocolate espresso truffle.

A decent place to get coffee at U. Village if you’re looking for something other than Star_ucks although you can’t sit inside to enjoy it. The mocha is a bit too much when it comes to the amount of chocolate and price.

Beautiful store with exceptional staff and choices of delicious chocolates. They were patient while I made my choices, and I appreciated the suggestions made. While my package of caramels and chocolates was being beautifully wrapped, I was given a free sample. Yum!Then my purchase was presented to me with a flourish. This was a special experience, and the quality of the candy and service is incredible.

Chocolate here is pretty good, but the Mocha is quite sweet and pricy in my opinion.
Still a good choice for chocolate and if you like hot chocolate or sweet mocha lovers!

Excellent customer service. Very beautiful shop, feels like a quaint, classy boutique. Very clean and sanitary. They even gave us a little sample after our purchase. I would definitely recommend. Of course the chocolate is always tasty 😋

I love their truffles but their hot chocolate is also really good. It is very thick and smooth. All items are a bit pricy but good quality. Highly recommend for chocolate lovers.
